  • 2015 – Developing the strategy, cultivating public sector partners, making the business case and formulating the design requirements for the creation of a multi-agency public service hub in Taunton. 
  • 2014/15 – Developing the user requirements and leading the client-side implementation team for a county council’s new property management system.
  • 2013 – Developing an asset strategy and decision making framework for Taunton Deane Borough Council.
  • 2013 –An independent research study for the Local Government Association on the effectiveness of the Government sponsored Capital and Asset Pathfinder programme and authored the national report ‘United Estates’ 
  • 2013 – Advisory report to the Skills Funding Agency on providing online technical guidance and advice to FE Colleges in England for the Association of Colleges.
  • 2012 to 15 – Leading a pan-public sector review of the total public estate across Somerset. Building collaborative working between public agencies on asset management and identifying opportunities for sharing offices, asset rationalisation and one-stop shops for public access.
  • 2012 – Creating an online map of public assets in Somerset.
  • 2012 –  Analysing the performance of a County Council’s assets to inform future strategy. 
  • 2012 – Review of the New Zealand Government’s approach to managing and funding the national stock of over 2,000 school buildings and making recommendations for improvement.
  • 2012 – Assessment of a West of England council’s technical capacity to deliver a £50 million programme of transport infrastructure projects.
